Our bodies were made to move. They literally crave movement and if we stop  moving we slowly die.  Simple as that.

What type of workouts or exercise do you enjoy?  That would be exactly the best choice for you.  Any and all types of exercise will benefit your body and ultimately your overall health.  Choose movement that feels good to your body, that you enjoy and that motivates you to do it again and again AND again!

Once you have created a habit, and your body begins to adapt, you will eventually want to do something more.  It’s what you do daily that creates the habit, which in turn creates your amazing body! Choose what’s best for you and never EVER stop moving!!
